Add zh-Hans and zh-Hant translations #37

I have frequently referenced the OutFox-zh-CN project and tried to use the same translations as much as I can.

The Traditional Chinese version is converted from the Simplified Chinese version using OpenCC with the config (s2twp.json) with phrase conversion in Taiwan standard.
