Scores are inconsistent with two players at the same time #8

It looks like there's some sort of variable conflict between both players, leading to one gaining additional points from the other. Needs further investigating

The conflict between both players have been fixed in 61f96395b732c0d7ba1f74143ecdbe5bca44d566, however there is still a race condition with the engine's scoring system. Closing for now since this is something beyond our reach.
