Add $HARBOR / $CMST ibc from CMDX #8

notice: in kepler they show up as, COMDEX/channel-18 (similar to aqua wich has juno/channel-31) but other ibc token shows as CW20:Terra1ECG... not sure why there is a difference. any explanations for this?

maybe better to wait for harbor to prove themself.. not sure about the project's quality.
