Updated Gradle Wrapper
Adjusted store metadata (especially en-US)
include secrets.properties BUT EMPTY FOR NOW: Before merging this, I'd adjust the file to include the dedicated F-Droid key. I wanted to keep it out of the git history until the very last moment to make no mistakes.

The local build from this branch succeed with https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/-/merge_requests/13620
