Create more tickets - Githubissues

Summary We need more tickets for new programmers so they have work to do and finished code.

Work Required

make a ticket for button bindings (@AbbeySieg already did most of them I think, we just need to double-check and have a ticket for it)
make a ticket for fixing shuffleboard only displaying whole numbers
make a ticket for arm commands
make a ticket for vision commands
make a ticket for swerve commands
make a ticket for scripted auton
make a ticket for auto picker
make a ticket for claw commands
make a ticket for logging (could be one per subsystem, or just all of them)
make a ticket for unit tests (one per subsystem)
make a ticket for current limiting
make a ticket for TOML configuration of motors (max output, open loop ramp rate, etc)

@danielbrownmsm I've generated all the tickets you listed (good list btw), so please take a look to see if this is sufficient to close the ticket
