Summary We need to tune everything again for worlds. This ticket might be open for a while.

Work Required

• raise extend kP and tune appropriately so we get closer to the actual setpoint
• raise arm feedforward to reduce jiggling and tune appropriately
• figure out the setpoints again with the old intake on

Verification

• CI passes
• testing confirms everything is good
