Remove wrecker #104

Not sure I feel good about removing the Wrecker. It does have some things it is quite good at, like countering dropships and gunships, while still being an all-rounder. It's not fantastic at any one task, but I think it's an example of a multi-role unit done correctly.

Might see about adjusting its stats to set it apart from the Titan. Titan is already a good light T3 skirmisher mech. Could bump up the HP and firepower, lower the speed of the Wrecker and make it a sort of medium brawler mech meant to defend the base from light threats and dropships/gunships.
