This mod causes a lot of bugs for me:

I can't plant anymore on farm land
I can't use the unlocked abilities (like bat mode)
Vampire hunters don't spawn, so I can't grind them for hearts, so I can't get past level 4
Coffin doesn't pass day, just restarts the day.
No villages for miles (as far as I've discovered), which makes grinding an absolute pain.
Blood bottles don't stack

1) I am pretty confident that this is not related to Vampirism 2) Cannot reproduce. What exactly is the issue? If you can't access the action menu double check the keybindings 3) Cannot reproduce. Look for a fresh tent, they should slowly respawn. There is a daily cap though. 4) This is an issue with Quark and will be resolved when RAM updates to the latest Quark version 5) - 6) This is not really a bug, but kind of intended behavior (even though not ideal)

Alright, there was a bug with hunters not respawning, but it is fixed in the latest version (which isn't included in RAM yet)
