BoP Rainforest excessive terrain #1325

RealisticBiomeBOPRainforest is generating horrible mountainous terrain that was never fixed. It is currently using TerrainBase#terrainSwampMountain (the only biome that uses this method), but should probably be using TerrainBase#terrainHighland with relatively the same parameters as RealisticBiomeVanillaJungleHills.
