Worldgen lag #1375

Affected Mod Versions:

RLCraft modpack

[12:47:18] [Server thread/WARN] [FML]: Realistic Terrain Generation loaded a new chunk [-20, 7] in dimension 0 (overworld) while populating chunk [-20, 6], causing cascading worldgen lag. [12:47:18] [Server thread/WARN] [FML]: Please report this to the mod's issue tracker.

Steps to reproduce the issue: (If it's easily reproducible.)

1.Start new game
