Fixed Blockbench plugin (missing ] at the end of the script)
Added outlines for doors
- outline takes up both upper and lower halves, like on bedrock
Added outlines for signs
- fills entire sign properly & rotates
Added outlines for Dragon Head
Added outlines for sloped rails

some of these changes might be super subjective btw (like the rail or sign changes), so just keep that in mind if you decide to merge
