Bottles do not pull honey from powered centrifuges' tanks

Describe the bug Bottles work fine when they are already in the input slot while honeycomb is being processed, but do not interact with honey that is already in the centrifuge's tank.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place a centrifuge [tested with regular 1x1 and elite multiblock centrifuge]
2. Process some honeycombs
3. Place glass bottles in the bottle input slot

Expected behavior Honey is transferred from the tank into bottles

please complete the following information:

• Forge Version 1.16.5 - 36.0.22
• Mod Version 0.5.9_3b

Additional context Honey can't be removed from the tank of the 1x1 powered centrifuge with buckets either, though the multiblock centrifuge works fine.
