Mod shears incompatible with Hives #162

It would appear that Shears from other Mods, Including modified vanilla shears from apotheosis, either aren't recognized for the hives. This either forces the Hive to produce only vanilla honeycombs, even when no vanilla bees are present; or it prevents the shears from working at all

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Allow bees to fill a hive
  2. attempt to shear with mod shears
  3. either it will not allow the shears, or it will produce only vanilla combs

Expected behavior The hive produces mod combs when sheared

Additional context Bug is occurring on the All the mods 6 modpack

Nevermind, i checked the config, and all the mods has ticked the disallow shears option
