No Repackinator.exe to be found

Am I missing something? According to the instructions below there should be an .exe to be ran but I cannot find it.

Download one of the archives from the releases page. There should be a repackinator.exe inside (if you're on windows)

Just checked latest 1.5.0 release and it's there.
