Improve FTP and SFTP documentation #383

There are few inconsistencies in the documentation introduced with SFTP support (cac4955e31583c31e8999243c61d39b4f97fe029) and this PR tries to fix them:

return incorrectly deleted host config for the FTP
change default SFTP port to a more reasonable default
mention SFTP in the bullet points describing configuration options for logReaderMode
