first draft production documentation #126

This is a first pass on production deployment documentation. It doesn't cover a lot of things extensively, but does provide the rough steps that I went through in getting things working (minus the shenanigans I fought with my Swarm environment.)

As I add support for more deployment methods, I'll update this accordingly.
