netbook problems (especially with compiz) #20

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I also have the problem of being able to use gnome-paint on a netbook screen.
The screen is too big on the bottom, and goes over the screen. Even editing the
file '/usr/share/gnome-paint/ui/gnome_paint.ui' to force the resolution smaller
does not work. In addition, while trying to make it full screen (while compiz
in enabled makes the screen go crazy!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Ubuntu 10.04 (with default compiz)

Hello keen101,

gp uses stock gtk to draw onto the screen. This may be a compiz
problem, however I'll look into it tonight.

How big is your netbook screen?
