We want to be able to add and reply to comments on the comments screen. We can reuse the comment bar component on this screen. Ask the UI team how they want the user to select which comment to reply to. Also add a back button to comments screen so that the user can return to the previous screen. Lastly, we should have a "show more" button for replies like how the UI prototype has it.
