[ ] On the Java end, send the ball color thats acquired from the Field Management System (FMS).
[ ] Add to the smart dashboard the ability to select FMS, Red, or Blue
[ ] Send that selection to the Pi over a network table
[ ] On the Pi, check for that Ball color sent over the network table
