When the Beam Break is broken aka when a note is placed in the intake

[x] Close the intake (move the into into the carry position)
[x] Place the flywheel at a neutral position (aka flat 90 degree angle)

When the beam break is not broken aka when there is no note in the intake

[x] Stop the flywheel
[x] Place the flywheel at a neutral position (aka flat 90 degree angle)
