Have the robot:

[ ] Centre themselves toward the AprilTag near the closest stage
[ ] Raise the Hang to about 3-inches
[ ] Move to a specific point relative to the Tag (such that the robot will hook onto the chain)
[ ] Stow the hang and latch onto the chain

And ensure that this sequence can be cancelled any time
