Shooter wheel spin down #73

The shooter wheel spins down too fast after shooting. So minOutput should probably be set to something.

Why is that a problem?

@fortninja It causes extra stress on the mechanical components. Running that motor at -1 while it is spinning at 5000RPM is worse than stall conditions.

Although, just tuning the controller might help with this a bit. It sorta just has values I randomly chose
