Create new command(s) for calibrating the motor controllers #24

Create new command(s) which when run drives a motor controller through its full range (1.0 to -1.0) repeatedly (for a few seconds), then returns the output to 0.0. This/these commands can then be linked to buttons later on the dashboard to allow us to automate calibrating motor controllers.

should it scale through the speeds or can we just set it to go full forward and full reverse?
