For all subsystems where we ganged up controllers onto a single PWM channel (planning to split them in hardware w/ a Y-cable):

revise the subsystems to allocate individual controllers for each motor
revise robot map to put each motor on its own PWM channel
create new public methods in the subsystems which allow each motor controller to be driven individually

I made a commit with all of this for the drivetrain and intake in the "newPWMChannels" branch
