Delete Example Subsystem and Example Command #36

Please Delete these examples, and make sure not to break the Robot.java file.

Please also remove any reminisce of these things in Robot.java

Once you are done. Submit a pull request. So it can be merged into master. In the future it might be easier to make a new branch for quick items like this, this ways you can commit, and send a pull request immediately, without waiting for your other code to be ready.

In the future, you don't need to close the issue, it will automatically get closed once James or I merge your code into master, as long as you keep referencing the issues in the commit like you already did. Good Job.
