Adds "Giraffe" (temporary name for vertically extending part of the climber) Subsystem Code #4

add a new command that will drive the lift down slowly until it gets to the "zero" position sensor

I tried to push my code to a different branch called choi-climber since the subsystem is no longer called giraffe, but Carlos alerted me that you wouldn't be able to see the changes I made, so I pushed the code into choi-giraffe just now. Sorry for the confusion.
