Bring in Katies code to stop the turret as part of the climb sequence.
Use brake mode to hold it stationary for the portion of the sequence where we see the most violent shocks.
Also reverts sequence to what we ran at SOFL.
Pretty sure this delay could be reduced/removed entirely without problems, but could use testing
