A hodge modge of stuff I've done over the past few weeks.

The only important thing is the pooper code so please merge that. Thanks.

I merged the pooper change (based on your description of what you did) Sunday: https://github.com/Team2168/2022_Main_Robot/blob/main/src/main/java/org/team2168/commands/QueueBallForShot.java#L46

I looked around and didn't see a branch related to pooper stuff, didn't realize it was mixed in with this branch.

Are the shooter RPMs for the pbot or compbot. Regardless they were probably tuned with the old over-inflated balls. I think that change is OBE.

Unless you disagree, I think this one can be closed out
