Imported the Pixy2 Java API by PseudoResonance for later use. All changes are in build.gradle.

These are the imports for files that use them:
- import io.github.pseudoresonance.pixy2api.*;
- import io.github.pseudoresonance.pixy2api.Pixy2CCC.Block;
The first import may need to be optimized, but I do not know how to do that right now.
