Re-zeroed swerve modules 2/16 #92

We re-zero'd comp bot's swerve modules tonight at the meeting. These are the updated values.

@slynch05 If these changes are within our 4 degrees of tolerance - is it even worth landing the module updates? They should be zero'd enough, right? The other option is to keep the old values and just update that one wheel we had an issue with.

I think we go with the best information we have at the time which is these. I liked the bar we used last night to square them better than what we used before so these are more accurate.
