Add collector control code #22

Add functionality to activate and deactivate pistons to move wheels in and out -- driver left bump for cone position -- driver right bump for cube position Add functionality to turn collector wheels clockwise and counterclockwise -- driver left trigger pushes game pieces out -- driver right trigger collects game pieces -- use fka "whileheld", driver will release button when they want to stop. Will add sensor control later.
