Implement Custom Logger w/ DogLog

We need logging for our robot, here's the needed features to complete this PR:

• Implement DogLog
• Create a SpaceLogger class in the lib folder using information from THIS page
• Implement custom logging functions for important things like CANSparkMax, DigitalInput, DigitalOutput and any other important device classes that you deem important
