All that really needs to be done is some testing and fine-tuning of the PID constants

The logic of the code works It seems to select the correct path and everything based off of shuffleboard input

these arent showing in matts comments even though i got emails about them. use them to add documentation per #63

once #63 is done i would like to merge this into master prior to open-bag day and test on the practice bot to iron out any problems with the master branch and begin tuning the pidva values.
