Install AdvantageKit #21

Installed new logging software and API into the codebase. Required essentially a fresh restart, so most code looks different or is now formatted in a new way.

The robot was tested to be working successfully and there is noticeably less yaw drift, if any at all. There is still some translational drift to the right, but only a couple inches for every 10 feet.

Gyroscope data or robot pose is not being updated or read correctly as FieldOriented drive is not working. All control is only robot oriented.
