Add reset odometry (maybe multiples) where a button can be used to reset the robot odometry to know position(s)

Options:

• At the launch pad: use that relative location along with pigeon/limelight distance/angle to re-initialize the odometry/pose.
• Can we do against HUB? This would allow shooting low goal while resetting.
