In Ready Mode State solid green (Launcher Mode) or white (Placer Mode)
In feeder intake start blinking the color of the mode above, once one Intake sensor has tripped, start flashing yellow (Placer mode) or purple (Launcher Mode)
Hold Placer (Solid Yellow) Hold Feeder (Solid Purple)
If in Ready to Auto Launch or Auto Launch state launch AND angle/launcher is AtTarget() (Update AtTarget method to check if the wheels above speed and angle is within 0.25 degrees) then set the LEDs to rainbow
If in prepare to Place Amp or Trap and within target switch to rainbow
