Update for new arm gearbox to restore sensitivity of manual arm adjustment. #4

Manual arm adjustment was tuned with the versa and never updated for the new gearbox with a much higher gear ratio.

Git didn't think this could auto merge so I pulled it in IntelliJ and manually pushed there. Closing out as the code is in master now.
