Pixy Cam to RobotRio communications #154

We need a class for the pixy cam or the arduino that allows the two devices to interface with the robotrio during autonomous. This will probably use SPI or I2C.

This is something that I was really looking forward to working on. Can I learn the arduino code and help you out?
