totenavgroup #166

The logic for totenavgroup command in master is slightly flawed. We want to open forks before driving to tote because otherwise we will push totes. Please change that someone.

So, this class and this set of methods were never really implemented. I feel like this means this issue is kind of completely invalid and can be closed. This is why i am now closing it.
