I realize this is very ambitious. Have everyone get a username and pass to the site where they can view their hours and indicate whether they will be attending the next meeting. Parents want this for coordinating snacks. Instead of everyone looking at diffrent sites(i.e. Team snap and signup genius and google doc) consolidate it all into one neat team package
