Added the rumble to the xbox controllers

We'll merge this branch once all other subsystems are tested and merged into dev

If you wait till all the other subsystems are tested and merged, then you're gonna have some nasty merge conflicts. You should try to do just a portion so that you can merge sooner

How you split this up between merges is up to you, but it looks like the stuff that's currently here is almost merge-ready (as long as the rumble stuff has been tested)

@Luis-Velasco can you put comments under each button what robot operations will be performed for now as a placeholder? Then I'll approve.
