Report SwerveDrive4PoseEstimator.update accepting swerve module state instead of position to robotpy #32

estimator.SwerveDrive4PoseEstimator.update appeared to take a list of swerve module states when it expects a swerve module positions without raising an error. Double-check that this truly an error and file a bug on robotpy if true.
