Saturday before scrimmage we artificially increased shooter timings to ensure motors were spinning. I do not recall anyone going back to find minimum required times. We may shave a second or two off our time to shoot if we tune this.
We can probably add the timings to Smart Dashboard to make finding ideal values faster, but don't block on that feature. I do need to test that and teach people how to edit config files in SmartDashboard instead of re-uploading robot code.
