Refactor computervision/pose constants #52

April tags do not use a configuration at all. The initial robot pose is also hardcoded.

April tags in particular prevent us from switching between the test bot and Crescendo bot without making code changes.

This is work that should probably be done outside a meeting for efficiency at this point in the season. Not sure if this should be used as a teaching opportunity or just quickly finished.
