Yes. I use mostly palm wood, from Promenade, and there is almost no woodcutter recipes for it. No fences, no stairs, no trapdoor...

Indeed there's also the lack of adorn parts and sketch-macaw's parts. Meanwhile the stonecutter can be used for stone equivalents of both.
