Sticky Mechanical Piston not craftable with blue slime balls

The sticky version of the mechanical Piston is not craftable with the blue slimeballs, but the sticky Piston (vanilla) is. This should be implemented

this will require unification of the slime balls into the c:slimeballs tag and recipe modification to replace slimeballs with that tag. the tconstruct config slimeRecipeFix should be disabled after that to ensure nothing funky is happening since unification would be done elsewhere.
