Mining Gadget Lasers not consuming energy #249

I am on the latest version 1.6.1 and all three versions of the laser do not consume energy. I charged them with the Industrial Revolution Flux Container but I don't believe that matters. Upgrades on them or not it still produces issue.

This issue still persists on version 1.7.1.
