Update Lootr to A Newer Version #242

I would like the Lootr mod in the pack to be updated to version 0.7.32.80 or higher.

Why would you like this added/changed?

The current version of Lootr in the pack has a bug that causes elytra chests to not have a functioning loot table.

Updated in newer pack releases
