[Bug Report]: Server crash on disconnect (formerly on teleport)

Describe your issue.

Started getting crashes after updating from 1.5.0 to 1.6.1, every time we used a waystone, /home, portal or /tpa it crashed the server. First we undid all forceloaded chunks which seemed to work, now it just crashes when someone leaves the server.

Same issue here, I have files on Dedicated server, when using waystone, server crashes, here is the crash log crash-2024-10-29_11.33.35-server.txt

Your issue is completely different. please dont just add yourself to random other crash reports.
