It seems like the RelicEX relic stats will sometimes disappear on start up.
I don't know exactly why it happens, but I've boiled down being able to fix it by:
Rejoining server/world
Joining a single player world, then rejoining the server (Could be just like the normal statistics bug)
Before the stats came back (A Relic with Healing Amplification).
After the stats came back.
